It would be really good if we can add our own logo or profile pic to the circle that pops out at the corner of the site. and it would be nicer if that circle can do some sort of animation to attract the attention to it when customers reach the site. The more we are able to customize how the widget looks and feels would be massive.

As a customer service, would be nice if bot not only answer base train, but also can fetch data that triggered base on something like unique word/id or base 2 or 3 data data that can lookup to confirm their identity.

When using the API it cannot work correctly, always responding to something completely out of context, on the website it works normally, but something is very wrong with the API.

In fact, take a look at the sending of links by artificial intelligence, sometimes it is not sending the link but rather a text between two brackets, even when the link exists, if it's just me and you have any suggestions for solving it, let me know, but I believe it must be happening to other people. Your chatbot steps as to how to do this is incomplete/inaccurate.  I figured it out going into settings but figured you may want to update it.   how do i set up predefined questions


Hey there! Setting up predefined questions is super easy. Here's what you need to do:

Go to the ChatNode website and log in to your account.
Once you're logged in, navigate to the chatbot page.
Click on the "Predefined Questions" tab.
Here, you can add your predefined questions by clicking on the "Add Question" button.
Enter your question in the provided field and click "Save" to add it to your list of predefined questions.
That's it! Now your chatbot will be able to respond to these predefined questions. Feel free to add as many questions as you like. If you need any further assistance, just let me know!

When waiting for a response to be typed a new prompt screws things up

When you enter a Google Docs link to train ChatNode, it is not being added to the training documents.
It remains in the "loading" state but does not load the document.

One thing that would really help is the possibility of editing the text entered in the database, (when I started to upload I was writing some information directly on the platform and I no longer have access to it, for example.) And if the user wishes To use the same information in another chatbot, you have to create the same texts again from scratch unless you have written them somewhere outside the platform as it currently stands. I believe that having this possibility would make editing and building the database even easier.
