It would be really good if we can add our own logo or profile pic to the circle that pops out at the corner of the site. and it would be nicer if that circle can do some sort of animation to attract the attention to it when customers reach the site. When using the API it cannot work correctly, always responding to something completely out of context, on the website it works normally, but something is very wrong with the API.

Hey there! Setting up predefined questions is super easy. Here's what you need to do:

Go to the ChatNode website and log in to your account.
Once you're logged in, navigate to the chatbot page.
Click on the "Predefined Questions" tab.
Here, you can add your predefined questions by clicking on the "Add Question" button.
Enter your question in the provided field and click "Save" to add it to your list of predefined questions.
That's it! Now your chatbot will be able to respond to these predefined questions. Feel free to add as many questions as you like. If you need any further assistance, just let me know!

I uploaded png, jpg, svg with few kbs in size ... dimentions 128X128 tried, tried with multiple browsers like edge and chrome.  It shows avatar image in test, but I try to access it usinr URL or embed it on image, avatar image is not displayed at all.

Even ChatNode support person (Paul) checked it and confirmed that this is a bug.  Raising this bug request based on suggestion by Paul.  Kindly look into it.

When you enter a Google Docs link to train ChatNode, it is not being added to the training documents.

User LowFu in the Discord server has reported an interesting bug which was first reported as a CNAME problem, but in reality is a matter of http vs https. He found it himself and I can confirm it.

The easiest fix for this is to do an automatic redirect on protocol level so that when a request to the CNAME is done using http, it is automatically redirected to https.

And if the user wishes To use the same information in another chatbot, you have to create the same texts again from scratch unless you have written them somewhere outside the platform as it currently stands. I believe that having this possibility would make editing and building the database even easier.
